ElliptiSafe® - Texas Bridge Rail (T80HT)

ElliptiSafe® - Texas Bridge Rail (T80HT)is an elliptical, parapet bridge rail used on bridges and highways across the country. The elliptical rail provides an open aesthetically pleasing bridge rail with the added advantage of being suitable for MASH TL-5 applications as per M23: Appendix B.

ElliptiSafe®from CSP^® is a mill-rolled elliptical tube that offers superior consistency in profile and fit with the splice tube compared to locally manufactured rolled round pipe.

FEATURES

This rail has been evaluated and accepted to be of equal strength to railings with like geometry which are suitable for MASH TL-5 applications
Meets Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency requirements as per M23: Appendix B
Higher strength-to-weight ratio than standard round pipe
Easier field handling
Accommodates horizontal curves as low as 72m radius without pre-curving
