Meet CSP’s new Area Managers – Jason Ford and Tammie McDowell
CSP's new Area Sales Managers are locked, loaded, and ready to smash out your goals this 2023!
“We are really pleased to have welcomed two new Area Sales Managers to the CSP team over the last few months - Jason Ford and Tammie McDowell,” says Patrick de Vos van Steenwijk, National Sales Manager for CSP.
Jason Ford, Area Sales Manager - South Island, based in Christchurch.
Having previously spent the last 12 years working for Spunlite Poles, Jason is excited for his next chapter with CSP.
Jason says,
"Out of school I trained as a Mechanical Design Engineer,” explains Jason. “However after graduation, there weren’t any jobs in this field so I spent the next 12 years obtaining a trade certificate in printing. Eventually, I found a job in my area of expertise."
When I first started in my previous role it was as a Project Manager and that evolved into a Senior Project Manager. I ended up being involved in all aspects of the poles business from sales to design, technical and specification, procurement, a little bit of production, through to onsite problem-solving.
I am incredibly happy to be where I am right now. I’m grateful for the way the position has come about and how CSP has been so very accommodating and welcoming.

Tammie McDowell, Area Sales Manager – Auckland and Northland.
Previously a manager for a local scaffolding business, Tammie is excited to join the team at CSP.
Tammie says,
"My passion is in the building, construction, and infrastructure industries. I have held various technical roles in these industries since I was 18.
It’s nice to be involved with roading again as I spent nine years working for what is now Geofabrics on a lot of large roading projects across Auckland.
Although I have only been here a few months the CSP team is brilliant and knows how to work as a team. I have had lots of help and assistance settling in from the leadership team and I’m very glad to be here.
