Meet Theo Stalls - CSP’s Production Manager - Back home

Theo says he’s back home at Fletcher Building, now with CSP, after four years away travelling overseas and a couple of brief assignments in steel and concrete businesses.

“I spent eight enjoyable years working at Pacific Steel Group until the steel plant was closed in 2015,” explains Theo. “I joined the CSP team in October this year and have now had a few months in the role. Achieving a mature safety, quality driven culture is at the heart of what motivates me. A safe workplace for the CSP team allows us produce great quality products for our customers in a safe and efficient manner.”

Theo says that outside work he keeps himself busy with continued study, he referees football on a voluntary basis, and he spends time with family - especially his two grandchildren. Originally from South Africa Theo says he has lived in New Zealand for 15 years and is lucky to be married to his childhood sweetheart of 28 years.

“I look forward to supporting our team in producing the best quality products, when they are needed, for our customers,” adds Theo.
