We achieve this by demonstrating continuous improvement throughout our business - year after year.

CSP has held ISO 9001 certification since 2000. ISO 9001:2015 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Quality is all about making organisations work smoothly - harmonising quality and operations to reduce waste, and minimise costs.

Sustainable development is an accelerating trend that is vital to all humankind so it is important that we recognise the importance of a sustainable approach to our operations, which we do across the entire chain, from raw materials through to the manufacture and distribution to our customers.

It is our objective to tie sustainability in with what we generally consider to be 'sound' business practices, such as increased efficiency, minimising waste and maximising resources. Sustainable business practices are applied across every aspect of our business - from strategy to waste disposal.

Our quality management practices support environmental management, track progress towards goals, and manage improvement efforts to reduce emissions and other factors.

Product Stewardship

CSP is committed to responsible life cycle management for our barrier, column and Multi-plate™ products. Accordingly, we will take back used CSP products for recycling.
