A reputation for service and reliability
The Hire team at CSP’s reputation for service, reliability and ‘just making it happen’ is becoming well known with event management companies. So when Cathy Campbell Communications (CCC) were looking to create a test-driving arena on the picturesque Queens Wharf for the launch of the new sports F-TYPE Jaguar, they contacted the CSP Hire team.
“CSP were recommended to us by the professional drivers we use,” says Anna Hood, Director for CCC. “This was an invitation-only event and we wanted it to have a public profile. Queens Wharf was the ideal location, allowing easy access for the viewing public, easy parking for our guests, the media and key influencers - and it is a high profile spot.”
The test driving arena, where invited guests would test drive the new Jaguar sports car, had to be set up on the wharf’s edge to allow plenty of room for Jaguar’s guests to put the car through its paces. To prevent vehicles tumbling over the edge into the harbour, CSP were asked to supply approximately 150 x ArmorZone™ TL-2 Plastic Barriers and 60 x ADA Pedestrian Fence to create a safe, but fun driving arena.
“The use of Queens Wharf certainly created a buzz around town,” adds Anna. “It looked really great, especially under lights as we went into early evening with the backdrop of the city lights. We were really pleased. It was a very successful event. Working with Mario and CSP was really easy. We worked really well together and I would certainly use them again in the future.”
